Get ready for a lighthearted competition for the CUTEST CANINE of METROWEST!
Your $99 entry fee will allow your pooch to compete in an online, bracket-style competition, with proceeds going directly to Jr’s Paws for a Cause!
Participants will have their portraits taken by Wonderstruck Studio in February to prepare for the online voting in March. Winners of the Final Four will receive gifts from generous local sponsors, and all participants will get a fun goodie bag!

About Jr’s Paws for a Cause
Lauren Barbo started Jr’s Paws for a Cause in 2016. Originally ‘Paws For a Cause,’ Lauren created this dog-friendly 5k to raise money for dog related causes after working with Project Samana and wanting to give back.
Project Samana is a registered 501c3 non-profit for veterinary, educational, and medical outreach that volunteers in low economic regions of the Dominican Republic. Lauren felt inspired working with such an incredible group of veterinary professionals in a third-world country, and she wanted to continue to make a difference for the organization. Proceeds from all of the dog friendly events JR's hosts benefit Project Samana, as well as Kyle's Legacy Inc. in honor of her labrador retriever Junior (JR) who lost his battle to lymphoma at 6 years old.
Kyle's Legacy supports the Baker institute research program, which actively works towards a cure to canine cancer. They also offer financial aid to families in need in fighting early stage canine cancer.

Meet Brea
Hello! I am a Boutique Photographer, helping clients decorate their homes with gorgeous artwork that features the people (and pets) they love most! From planning a unique session to framing and installing your artwork, I make it fun and easy to surround yourself with meaningful family heirlooms.
Over the last few years, I have used photography to raise thousands of dollars for charitable causes. This year, I am thrilled to work with other photographers around the country in this fun event.
I now have my own perfect, snuggly, love-muffin of a doggie (thanks Covid!), and I know how important she is to my life.
I am excited to help families make sure their pups are loved and remembered fur-ever!
